Account Registration and Restrictions

1.2 One Account Per Person

Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Deposit Methods
Deposit methods available at bm390 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. All deposits can only be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks).
2.2 Withdrawals
When withdrawing, players can only use the same payment method they used to deposit when registering their account. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–45 minutes.
2.3 Payment Verification
bm390 may request relevant information from the player to verify withdrawals. If the required information is not provided on time, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at bm390 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
Example 1 — Small deposit
Deposit: 20,000 Ks → Bonus (150%): 30,000 Ks → Balance: 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
Example 2 — Maximum bonus
Deposit: 140,000 Ks → Bonus (capped): 100,000 Ks → Balance: 240,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks
3.2 Wagering Requirement
Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus has been wagered 25 times. If bm390 finds that a player is completing wagering in a way that is not permitted, the bonus may be voided.
3.3 Promotion Limits and Restrictions
The terms of each individual promotion must be followed as set by bm390. bm390 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
VIP Level and Cashback Program
bm390 VIP levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players move up levels based on their play volume, and each level has a different cashback rate.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and the relevant wagering terms apply. bm390 reserves the right to review and adjust a player's VIP level based on their activity.
Fair Play Rules and Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Practices
Players must not engage in the following—
- Using a bonus to play only low-risk games in an attempt to complete wagering requirements with minimal losses
- Claiming the same bonus repeatedly using multiple accounts
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools during gameplay
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
- Colluding with others while holding bonuses to play in a way that eliminates the risk of loss (bonus abuse)
5.2 If Violations Are Detected
If bm390 detects any of these violations, it may cancel bonuses, restrict withdrawals, or close the account. These actions are taken at bm390's sole discretion and no liability will be accepted.
Platform Liability Limitations
6.1 Service Limitations
bm390 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or external events. bm390 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from such service interruptions.
6.2 Gaming Losses
All players are understood to acknowledge that playing on this platform carries the risk of financial loss and that they play at their own responsibility. bm390 cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred during gameplay.
6.3 Third-Party Software
Games are produced by third-party game providers, and bm390's liability for gameplay issues arising from their technical faults is limited. However, should such issues occur, the bm390 support team will make every effort to resolve them.
